It means committing not only to the well-being of the planet, but also supporting the economic growth of our country.
Acting “sustainably” for us means supporting the vocational training of young people, promoting social inclusion, gender equality; fostering digital innovation, ecological transition, and promoting national culture and artistic heritage.

We have been doing this forever.

We strive every day to promote social inclusion, equal opportunity, work-life balance for our employees, and the elimination of social, gender and race inequality.

Over the years we have activated corporate welfare plans to strengthen the bond with our resources, agreements and memoranda of understanding signed with national institutions, training and research organizations and universities.

We know that the job market is increasingly demanding and that not everyone has the opportunity to pursue their dreams.
That is why we support pre- and post-graduate training paths, such as the masters programs of the IPE Business School in Naples, funding two scholarships each year.

Digital innovation

Innovation as a lever to achieve digital and sustainable transition.
An important element of our internal and external company training paths.

We believe strongly in technological progress, in the talent of young people experimenting with new techniques, new projects, new entrepreneurial paths, new talents.
For these reasons we support industry initiatives such as Big Hack, we support innovative start-ups by funding high value-added projects.

We contributed to the creation of the Apple Foundation Program, the world’s first museum-based (Capodimonte Museum in Naples) coding training course involving young talent and faculty from the Apple Developer Academy at Federico II University.

Territory

We do not look the other way: we have long represented a reality attentive to the needs of the area, of people.

We deeply believe in the social value of our Group, a concrete commitment oriented toward the enhancement and enjoyment of the assets, realities and cultural wonders of our territory.

The Hill of Art project is among the initiatives that testify to our commitment.
A joint and shared program between the MANN (National Archaeological Museum of Naples), the Catacombs of San Gennaro and the Museum and Real Bosco of Capodimonte, supported financially by our Group.
This collaboration has fostered the contamination between cultural heritage and innovation, through the creation of a virtual reality path in the Catacombs and the Apple Foundation Program course offered to the youth of the Rione Sanità.

Art Hill is just one of the social initiatives we have supported over the years.
